Welcome to Lila Thai Massage Edinburgh. To ensure a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions when booking an appointment with us.

1. Cleanliness & Hygiene
    •    For the health and safety of all clients and staff, we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
    •    Clients are required to maintain personal hygiene before their appointment. Please shower before your session if necessary.
    •    Any client with a contagious condition (e.g., cold, flu, skin infections) should reschedule their appointment to prevent the spread of illness.
    •    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet basic hygiene standards.

2. Payment Policy
    •    Payment must be made in full at the time of service. We accept most type of payments cash and various common methods of payment. 
    •    Prices for services are listed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
    •    All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
    •    Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period.

3. Lateness, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
    •    Clients should arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and preparation.
    •    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. 
    •    Cancellations and rescheduling where available are possible up until 24 hours before your appointment.
    •    Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charge at the full rate.
    •    Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. No further booking can be made until any missed appointment fees have been fully paid. 

4. Code of Conduct
    •    Our spa is a professional wellness establishment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund, and we may report the incident to authorities.
    •    Clients must respect the therapists and other guests at all times.

5. Liability & Disclaimer
    •    Clients should inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the session.
    •    We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions.
   • Although we try our very best we cannot guarantee to eliminate all problems. 
    •    Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
