For our new guideline we suggest our customers to take shower before starting in a treatment (extra sanitised) before starting any treatment. Please wear a mask and used sanitizer for hand to use which provide by the shop.

We value our health for staff and customers so for that reason we have to keep safe and hygienic for our shop.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to be as flexible as possible.

However, to respect our therapists’ time and other clients, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full fee.

• No-shows will also be charged in full, and unfortunately, we will be unable to accept further bookings from those clients until the outstanding balance is settled.

• We reserve the right to refuse service and report any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour, including any form of sexual harassment.

Covid-19:

All customers must make sure that before booking an appointment they have not

 : Had any Covid-19 symptoms or similar symptoms.

 : Recently returned from travel in the last 14 days.

 : Been in contact with anyone who has symptoms of covid-19 or other illness.

If you become at all unwell before your appointment please make sure not to come to your appointment but let us know so we may cancel your appointment.
